Cancellation policy and returns processing

You can return the ordered goods to the Colours & Sons online store within 30 days of receipt. Returns within Germany are free of charge.

Return costs for orders outside Germany are borne by the buyer.

Use the return label enclosed with your package for returns. If no returns label is enclosed with your order, please contact our customer service team by email at kundenservice@coloursandsons.com. Stick the return label clearly visible on the return shipment and simply hand the parcel in at a DHL branch.

Please complete the returns form included in every shipment so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.


Keep the proof of posting until you have received confirmation from us that we have received your return. This receipt will show the return date and the receipt number of your return.

Once the return has been approved, you will receive an email with the credit note. The money will be credited to your account within a few days. You will receive the amount in the same way as you paid for your purchase.

Please note that the delivered goods may only be used for the purpose of testing - for example, as is usual in a store for fitting - and that they must be returned with the original label and the return slip enclosed in the package.
We reserve the right to demand compensation if the goods have deteriorated due to further use.

The Colours & Sons Online Shop only accepts returns of goods that have also been purchased in the Colours and Sons Online Shop. Please always return goods purchased in a store directly to the relevant store.

An exchange is not possible via the returns process. If you would like to have the item in a different size or color, please place a new order in our online store at www.coloursandson.com.
