If you have chosen the payment method "purchase on account", you will receive an email from Klarna with all the payment information you need.

A direct cancellation is not possible. In this case you should contact customer service (kundenservice@coloursandsons.com). We will then check whether a cancellation is still possible.

If an item is faulty, damaged or broken, please send us an email with a photo (kundenservice@coloursandsons.com). We will arrange a possible replacement of the item or a credit for the amount.

Have you been sent the wrong item by mistake? Please send us an email to kundenservice@coloursandsons.com.

Is an item missing from your order? If you have not received an email informing you that one of your items is no longer available, please send us an email to kundenservice@coloursandsons.com.

Shipping and delivery

You can track your order using the DHL tracking link. If you have not received a shipping confirmation, send us an email to kundenservice@coloursandsons.com

For orders valued at 80.00€ or more, delivery is free of charge within Germany and the EU.

For orders with a value of less than 80.00€ and for countries outside the above mentioned, we charge the following shipping costs per order:

  • 2,99€ – Germany
  • 10,00€ – EU
  • 20,00€ – Norway, Switzerland (Taxes and duties in the form of customs duties will apply.)
  • 12,00€ – Great Britain (Taxes and duties in the form of customs duties may apply.)

The usual delivery time within Germany is 2-3 working days.

Outside Germany, delivery time is 3-7 working days.

Please note that for deliveries outside the EU, additional taxes and/or duties, such as customs duties, may apply, which you will be responsible for paying.

Return & Refund

There is a DHL return label in your package. Stick this clearly visible on the package you want to send back to us.

Please remember to put the return slip in the package, indicating which items you are returning and why.

Please note: We can only accept returns if the goods are in perfect condition, properly packaged and labelled. This way we can resell them sustainably. Thank you for your understanding.

Drop off the package at the nearest DHL collection point.

It is not possible to exchange goods using the returns form or by email. Please place a new order in our online shop.

Unfortunately, we do not cover the return costs for orders from abroad. Please follow these instructions:

Pack the item back into the packaging
Fill out the return form and enclose it with the package
Send the package by parcel service to our company address

As soon as we have received and inspected your return, you will receive an email with your credit and a refund for the cost of the item.
